The relationship with yourself sets the tone for every relationship you have.

We are a Los Angeles-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that awakens the power of self-worth and cultivates lifelong tools that strengthen relationships, on and offline.

Studies show that technology is having emotional implications on society, particularly our young people ages 16-24. The excessive media consumption is linked to less happiness, less social skills, less sense of community (FOMO is real!), and less mental stability. All of these issues contribute to low-self worth, which directly impacts relationships. We have real conversations with young people about friendships, dating, conflict-resolution, intimacy and consent, emphasizing the power of honoring our self-worth.

By honoring ourselves - our values, our wants, our expectations and our boundaries - we can create happy, healthy and fulfilling relationships in our community.
